It's been months since I last took a picture of the belly, but John keeps assuring everyone that I really am getting "huge!" Well, here it is...proof that John wasn't just trying to make me feel good about myself. Since we don't have a full length mirror I honestly wasn't sure how big I was. I just knew I'd given up on seeing anything below my bellybutton weeks ago. So today, at 35 weeks, I finally put my camera on a tripod and started taking pictures. I don't know how much bigger I'll get, but if everything goes as planned little Elizabeth will be here in just 5 short weeks! She's already about 5 1/2 lbs. Really, how much bigger can she get in 5 weeks? No one answer that...I don't think I want to know. Anyway, John and I are SO excited! In fact, I (the girl who never thought anything was worth ironing in her life) spent yesterday morning picking out my favorite baby outfits, ironing them all, and placing them neatly on hangers in Lizzy's closet. You don't have to tell me...I know I have way too much time on my hands. I'm ready for her to be here, but I'm sure this little one is worth the wait!

Oh my goodness these pictures are stunning! Absolutely gorgeous!! I wish you could teach me how to be a photographer! Honestly ... could you e-mail me with some tips, or good equipment ideas? I LOVE it!! You are so beautiful - your little girl is bound to be the prettiest newborn there ever was! :)
Well Emily I wouldn't say that you are huge but I would say that you are the cutest pregnant girl ever. You are just glowing and I'm so excited and happy for you. You will have such a beautiful baby girl!:) Also I did notice we had the same back ground but I wasn't surprised cause we seem to think a lot alike:)
Hello,
We found your blog through another person's blog. I hope you don't mind! :) We used to be in the 147th ward in case you don't remember us. I just wanted to say congratulations and you are such a cute pregnant girl!

I'm so excited for you guys! You'll love having little Lizzy! Babies are so much fun! We are very much looking forward to her birth!
Emily!!! You look so beautiful! And you are not huge, definitely not huge. You're belly is big but that is because there is a baby in there. The rest of you is completely, and kind of disturbingly, normal. Just kidding. I decided "disturbingly" wasn't the best word to use. You just look great, let's leave it at that. Love you!! Tell John hi.

You do look great, Emily. You look like the only place you've gained weight is right where the baby is. You're the kind of person that makes pregnancy look glamorous. Good luck with everything!
